After spending a decade with various institutional buy-side firms, Pawan decided to embark on their own entrepreneurial adventure: the creation of an asset management business focused on investing in Indian public equities.

Our investment philosophy is best described as "flexible". We don't want to be limited by traditional methods of investing, but instead approach each opportunity with an open mind and an eye for what will yield the best results. We have evolved over the years from focusing on net net's to investing for Growth at Reasonable Prices, while also taking advantage of special situations that present themselves. We believe that having diverse strategies and being able to pick out the best one for a given situation is how the most successful investments are made.
We are always looking to learn more from our network and expand our knowledge. We pursue our ideas with passion and determination, and we never stop trying to improve. At the same time, we know that not all investments will be successful, and we accept our losses with humility. By staying curious and flexible in our approach to investing, we can continue to grow as investors while minimizing our risks.
